Call came in on my cell phone very early in the morning; since I didn't recognize the number I didn't answer the call. I am on the no call list but it doesn't seem to stop these calls. No message left.

Calling early mornings several times every other day... I haven't answered any but i got curious as to who it might be and an automated service picked up immediately saying something i could not understand but could make out out saying this can take 24 to 48 hours......
