So, Sweetie, how did this all happen?

Are you trying to get us to believe that you were served at work, googled the number, and posted?
If so, you'd, again, have the address and phone number of this "debt collector"
You've been asked more than once, and evaded the question more than once.
This isn't lending credit to your story.

Or, did they CALL you at work and THREATEN you, causing you to Google the number, which brought you here where we're telling you THIS IS A SCAM?

How did this happen? Your lack of details indicates you don't have a truthful story to tell.

And finally. Watch your language. This isn't Jerry Springer.

i don't care what your spelling is, if you want help, no problem.  But I need some information to help you.  For instance, what is the name and address of the company suing you?  What is the name of the attorney?  What state are you being sued in?  That would all be listed on the paperwork you were served and is not personally identifiable so it is perfectly safe for you to post it.  This way I could actually give you specific instructions on what to do.

What the hell does this have to do with me getting help ?????? You answered all of  your own questions?
The collection agency isn't taking me to court the bank is. I got to this website the same way you did. If anyone on here listens to you, they would be foolish. I'm done talking to you. As for everyone else that gave me useful information, I appreciate it. Now spell check that! This should keep your unemployed [***] busy!

I believe you're at work. You work for a fraudulent debt collection outfit. You're here to try to convince people that the callers using this number are legitimate. You've failed. If you're serious you need only supply us with the information on that summons. Give us the valid physical address of the plaintiffs, the jurisdiction & the name of the attorney representing them. We can take it from there. Needless to say, you won't supply us with a verifiable thing.
We see you fools try this on a daily basis. You never learn. You'll come back with some lines of BS. We'll see right through them. It'll be the same routines, just another day. You people that attempt to collect invalid and/or bogus debt always think you're sly. It takes just a couple of visits to this site for you to discover that you're not. If you'd still like to try though, you're more than welcome. We enjoy the practice.
Skeff Ett Liv!

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010  FBI National Press Office
(202) 324-3691

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.
