I always make a habit of reading the BBB complaints for the reply's, it gives you a feel for how they operate. I found their answers a bit too C&P.. we are right, your wrong, you owe it!
Despite BBB being so toothless, its still a paper trail on them. Why I say to follow through, too many do not follow through in which case the BBB sides with the company rather then the consumer.
Called three times before I finally decided to answer. When I finally did answer he insisted that I verify my personal information as a way for him to make sure he was in touch with the right person (name, DOB, personal address, etc). When I refused and asked for the nature of the call he became very defensive and more persistent with getting my personal information verified. After a third refusal of information I asked to know the name of the individual and organization calling at which point he raised his voice and said that since I was failing to cooperate I would be receiving a letter to inform me of the "situation" I was in. My advice, don't bother to answer.
SCAM ALERT DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON YOUR INFORMATION. I have filed a police report and will continue to make this issue know. This person is a scam artist and do not fall for him just because he knows your information!
