I am a taxi driver. Picked up an Afican American young male. Was told he was going to work, had me stop ar a Speedway gas stop, went in to use atm, never saw him agan. Fortunately thus taxi company has video camera in it's cabs. His pic. will be posted.

This has nothing to do with a phone scam, and if what you posted were true, the police would be investigating it.  Post reported for deletion.

It is a misuse of a phone when it is used for in a crime, it becomes what is termed evidence. And I am offering the African-American gentleman one day to think it over, police are always a last resort.
