Who called from 9016726187

Phone rings three times and when I answer there is a click and then they hang up.

I got the call and it rang three times and they hung up. sounded like I could hear myself in the phone.

This number and a similar one, 901-672-6185, call during the evening hours. Regardless of how many times the phone rings before answering, I get a hang up.  Likely a computer generated call and not enough man power on the other end to take the call when it's placed by the computer. Very annoying!  And I'm on the DNC registry :-/
