This just happened to me a few minutes ago. It was very odd. Same thing. The lady had a French accent and said she was calling from FedEx regarding "many items" that were to be shipped to me. She wanted to know what the items were, how they were being packaged, and how I wanted them delivered. I told her those would all be questions to ask the seller, not me. It seemed very strange.
