Credit card scam.  Caller is not actually D. Breedon.  Scammer took someone's name from the local area to make it look like someone else was calling.

I am of the opinion it is the same call who has called me from these phone numbers but are now using a local area code instead:

I received an earlier call today from 901-753-8996.  Probably same group.
