Call was placed from the caller ID of Thomas Earnest.  Male with foreign accent saying I had a pre-approved medication to refill.  I asked him several times what company he was with and finally he told me he was with US Healthcare.  I asked him to place my phone number on his DO NOT CALL LIST.  I told him I was going to report this phone number to the FTC.GOV. which I did.
