i just recived a call from this number and i when i answered they told me all the same stuff they also said i stole a car and i will be served at my job and home today the woman was so rude would not let me ktalk at all and then after she was done satying what she wanted to say she said see you in court and hung up the phone......
I was asleep and heard it on my answering machine. Boy, did that wake me up. I was suspicious when my name was said by an automated voice. If it was legit and I was one of a kind to them, wouldn't the person calling just say it as part of their message?
Knowing that it might be a scam call since I know I haven't broken any laws...I came here. I am glad I did.
We should block our numbers and blow their phone up. Jerks.
Got the same kind of annoying call twice now like everybody else did from this number. Mine was very similar to everyone elses call. The first one came in this morning and the 2nd one came in this afternoon. Both calls were on my cell phone and went directly to voice mail. (I still have the messages saved, both identical. One part is gibberish). The lady said she was calling from the "Processing Summons Division" and gave me a case number and said I will have two charges filed against me in my county for fraudulent activity that has been attached to my name and SSN. And said I need to call back at this number and speak to their "legal department" about it BEFORE I get served at my work or my home, otherwise my rights would be forfeited once served. Like others have mentioned, you try to call them back to tell them to stop calling and you find their mailbox is full and aren't accepting calls. No surprise here! They are obviously trying to fish for personal information from those that return the call, or worse, attempting to get money or the actual SSN! Obviously a big SCAM!
