Who called from 9018819982

When I answer this number I hear nothing and then the line goes dead ... the same thing happens on my cell phone

Rude caller, person they wanted wasn't here and hung up rudely

I get obsessive calls day and night.  I use caller ID and shows UNKNOWN caller.  Although I NEVER pick up I continue to get calls from this number that is identified as C4C FOP TN

my call ID says     C4C FOP TN   9018819982 i did not answer i was sleeping when they called ont know who it is

They have been calling my cell phone for months, and almost every day. But they never leave a message. It is very annoying
