Want to talk about interest rates on credit cards.  My mother is 75 years old.  Does not have any credit cards.  Has received  calls up to 3 times a day and over 13 calls in 2 weeks.  When she asked them to remove her, they hung up.  When she said this was the third call today, they hung up, but have called back.  She feels it is on the verge of harassment.  I called the number and it says it is not a working number. i suggested she pick up the phone and the hang it up and not talk to them.
