Got a text message from this number. "Has your house lost value? There's a bail-out for that! We'll fix your upside down mortgage. For Urgent help, call 214-390-3306 or www.helpforhomeloans.com"
Went to the website, there is a 714 number, called the number, it's busy. Sent a txt message telling these people to STOP!!! Cease and Decist.. No more txts or msgs from you people.
Called the 214 number attatched in the txt msg and got "Allison with SFE? Financial" answered. Very sweet person, gave her the number told her to remove me from the list. Told her there was no opt out option in the text message. I think they are using some 3rd party or something that is not legal cause it doesn't even have the opt out part of the msg.

Received same text message on 11/29/10. I have reported this business for being in violation of the National Do Not Call registry (www.donotcall.gov). I hope anyone reading this message will do so, too, if they have been registered with "Do Not Call".
If I receive another TM, I plan to file a complaint with the State's Attorney General for unethical business practices.
