Who called from 9019691620

I have been told by the local consumer reporter this is a scam. When my kids see the number they say, it is the "fake firemen".

901-969-1620 called a couple minutes ago, the caller ID showed the number and unknown name. When I answered a male voice laughed loudly and then hung up the telephone.

Same as others here.  Called but left no message.  Am blocking number.
