Answered the call thinking it was local,complete dead silence on other end,however the call never hung,up,i just listened for about 15seconds before i hung up
Got a call from that number tonight and didn't answer it. Answering machine picked up and recorded a male voice saying "Hello". No other message so assume he was not paying attention and did not notice the answering machine had picked up. Will not answer any calls from this number after seeing the comments.
Called number from my blocked number, called themselves Cedar research, their mailbox is full so i guess lots have told them what to do with their research
Kept calling me for several days, finally I answered. They said they were calling for a research centre wanting to talk to someone who had used a visa to purchase gas in the past month. I had difficulty understanding him due to his thick accent and hung up.
