This man said he was Willliam Smith and wanted to refund money we had paid him earlier for computer support.  He said OmniTech is having to close & so they wanted to refund our money.  A few months ago, I had deleted all the virus protection, etc. that he had installed previously on my computer because I felt the company was a fraud.  They kept calling me trying to sell me more protection.  I gave him access to my computer again because he said he would need my information on my credit card so that he could refund the money back to the card.  Then he said the card didn't work and he asked for my bank information.  I told him I wasn't giving out anymore information.  My husband got on the phone and ended up hanging up on the guy.  He tried calling back several times under a different number.  I had to cancel the transaction with Western Union because in an email back to me, I saw where this guy tried to charge my credit card with $499.00, and he is from India.  Huge scam!
