Call from Tyler Longview TX. 903-200 4337 -I got one  (7-18-15) must mean it's solicitation?

Received a call from this number today 7-21-2015 - SPAMMER must have a new number to bother people with.  No message - didn't answer it.  I don't know anyone in Texas.

Caller claimed that due to something about No Child Left Behind, that I was able to call doctors and healthcare providers for free from my mobile device.  Don't know. Don't care.  Hung up.

Telemarketing scam crap.

Just got a call from that number a few minutes ago. I answered as this is my business phone and the caller hung up.
