Calls from a number that shows up on caller id as "unknown". They made the mistake of calling me at work and the number appears on the caller id as 903/201-4334. I informed them not to ever call me at work again. On my lunch hour, I called the number back and the lady that answered did not identify the name of the company. I asked for the name of the company and she responded "Glass Mountain Capital". They are a debt collector. She said that I owed $1750 on a payday loan (never done business with Glass Mountain Capital). Yes, I have had payday loans. However, I have NEVER BORROWED that amount of money. Also, this loan they are talking about is being paid through my attorney's office. These companies NEVER send anything via mail which is a violation. These jerks violate every law under the sun. I have filed complaints with FTC, the attorney general's office, and anyone that will listen. Nothing ever happens. They can stop everything else. Why can't they stop this?
