Apparently some type of debt collector. I got a call from a machine. When I called the number back the person answered GMC Credit Services. Their info:

They buy up old debts and then use scare tactics to attempt to collect them. They are nothing more than scammers.

It is not a scam, these people just want their money but they keep calling for someone who does not live here. I called and told them that and he said they would remove my # without asking what my # was so they will keep calling and I will keep telling them the same thing.
