IRS scammer.  How do I know it's a scam and not a legit call from the IRS?  Simple...I received the call on a brand new cell phone with a brand new (for me) number that I will soon be changing.  Whoever had the number before me must be on every call list imaginable.  A few spam calls a day, I can handle, but 75?  Ridiculous and completely unmanageable.
