Claim to be police detective. middle Eastern man states name Paul Wilson making me aware that I am being sued by cashnet internet payday loan company for all sorts of crazy charges. knew way too much info about me. but know that it is fraudulant because I do not owe any money to payday company at this time.

He said a legal case was filed against me and my SS #. He said his name was officer James Brown calling from Department of Law and Investigation and he also has an accent. I received the call many times for the past week but have not answered and he's left a message this last time. I know this is a scam because he's actually called me before and he switched up the case number every time I called. Call the Attorney General and report him at 800-952-5225
This man called my work and said he was an Officer by the name of James Brown. My wife called him back and he said his name was Chris Brown. She done a search on the number and she found that his name is actually Russell Lynn Gullatt from Carthage, TX as a cell phone. This man knows entirely way to much about me. He claimed that he was from the US legal Dept. of The Dept. of Law and Justice.
