I have posted here many times on this, almost always the first one for a given phone number, probably spoofed, as the phone numbers are from all over the country.

Same as the experience for deegee with the same male voice that sounds like a Canadian accent to me: "Hello! You have recently applied for a payday loan...." Nope. Unscrupulous spam to my DNC registered number. Probably a scam.
