I told them I was not going to give " them that info and she said "ok, I'll put down you refused ". and then they hung up the phone abruptly without saying anything else.
Your callers do not maintain this site or this web page. Your callers cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You will not get compliance with your orders until, if possible, you deliver them *directly* to your caller.

Also rcvd call--I expect they <were> working on behalf of CVS, because they wanted to ask about my diabetes test strip Rx I haven't gotten filled for months. I told them if the really checked the records, I have an Rx now for a competing brand (my drug ins. dropped 1st brand from their formulary). The guy sounded truly apologetic, not pushy at all. FWIW.
