I missed a call from this unknown number today.  When I called it back 36 minutes later, I got a recording that said, "You have reached a non working number. Announcement 14 switch 4182-4."

Saw this on my caller id.  No voicemail left.  When I called this number back, a recording came on saying that I have reached a non-working number.

Caution, 903-336-3421 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back against unethical telemarketers.

Missed call from his number with out a voice mail, a busy single is all I got when u tried calling back.
