Definitely NOT in Texas. Asked how I was then asked where my husband is????!!! I said that's none of your business. He said he's got some kind of promotion and needs to speak with my husband. I hung up. Don't waste your time answering.
Don't know anyone at this number. Obvious scam call so didn't answer. Called it back from blocked phone and got a recording that said You have clanked a number that has been disconnected
