Called my number 4 times in 2 days. Three were dead air. The fourth  time the caller acted like he was supprised i answered, he stuttered, said he was doing a important political survey. It sounded like a scam to me so I hung up. Tried to look up number and it appears to be registered to a house on  East Erwin in Tyler.
