Continues to call my cell phone from different numbers. Asking for my make/model and vin number to my car. They are stating final chance to take coverage for my car. This is a hoax and when you start questioning them they hang up
Funny, the bot told me "this is your final call before we remove your file"... but they call me over and over. Looks like it doesn't know what the word "final" means. Maybe Alexa could explain it to 'him.'
Just received a call about my car warranty is expiring and this is a final courtesy call I listened to complete message and wanted to talk to someone but as soon as message was over call finished as well. I dialed their number and just get a message press 9 to put yourself on do not call list and call finished.
After searching the net I ended up here, so first caller was looking for any option to block these calls without paying the subscriber. I use Android phone and we have an option to add call on auto reject. So, I'll not receive call from this number but they can call from other numbers.
ATT or Verizon should add some filters that these kind of call should be blocked automatically, but again this is one of the way of their income they will not do it.
