Who called from 9036237847

Got a robocall (earlier in the day) telling me about health insurance changes and for me to press a number to be connected to a representative. I said nothing, pressed no keys on the phone.
A few seconds later, the robodialer hung up.

This number (if not spoofed) is probably used only to make outbound calls.
I am not calling it back.

calls everyday.. will never answer-never leaves a message

Called two times in a row. Didn't answer. Tried calling back but wouldn't go through.

This is scam or telemarketer. So don't answer

Yes it was a robocaller for health care changes.  This came to my business line & hung up as soon as I heard the spiel.
