Rec'd call from this number, did not answer it, so they left a message, well sort of. The message was nothing but music for three minutes. It was done on purpose in the hopes of getting me to call them back. The number goes to a debt recovery service, bill collector. They are good at spoofing numbers, so don't answer a call if you don't reconize the number. If it is anything important they will leave you a message.
