This number has randomly called me twice, and no voicemail was left. When I called it back, it just hangs up.

I just had this number call me, it didn't leave a message. Apparently it's a cellphone in Henderson, Texas. Since it called my new phone number they are likely just trying to get a hold of the person who had this number before.
