There have been reports that their agents harrass people and threaten, and call at all hours day and night. It is said that they are very rude and aggresive and use inappropriate language.
I myself haven't spoken to them since I simply answer then immediately hang up on callers like this.
Continously calling and not leaving a message or speak when I answer. Medical bill that was placed with this agency has been paid off for over 6 months now.
