Definitely a GOOD and wanted phone call from the National Monsour Law Firm's lesser known lawyer Doug Grubbs. This Texas firm specializes in large claim cases that often take significant resources and years to finish because of appeals. The firm works only on contingency including if they win the costs incurred as of today's, 5/8/2012, plus the percentage fee in the agreement in the areas of:
Pharmaceutical Litigation - including for example Actos cases over bladder cancer.
Oil Field Injuries
Severe Car Wrecks
Zoloft Birth Defects
The firm also uses:
903-758-5757 Main Texas Telephone Number
800-815-2911 Toll Free
903-230-5010 Fax
They also may have different phone numbers for different staff,
I almost rejected the call back assuming it was an unwanted caller even though I had completed their inquiry form online, which is why I am listing it here. To the best of my knowledge, they only call non-customers if a potential client responds to one of their ads on the Internet, They also call clients and the companies they are suing or intend to sue. I nearly rejected answering the call because I assumed it was an unwanted caller, until I found no entry in 800notes and checked the voice message because I remembered responding to one of the firm's specific ads.
This is DEFINITELY NOT an unwanted caller unless you are a business being sued. However I have not yet chosen a final lawyer for my case.
