Nobody has posted a complaint about them (or their 1-903-794-2024 phone number), as yet, on this site, even though they have been in business since 2002.

TASC is in Texarkana, TX. Also Google search says that TASC is located in Hooks, TX. They say to call this number: 1-903-794-2024. I called both numbers and spoke to the same person. Her name was Helen. She said they are a collection agency that deals mostly with unpaid medical bills. I could not understand the name of the company after asking Helen to repeat it twice. It sound like Total something. I am posting this just for others to know that it is a legit company, but scammers could be spoofing the numbers.
