I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, and thanks to this site, I'm able now to know who's calling and can block them.
This is the first opportunity I've had to contribute a number that no one else has reported yet. They did leave an automated voice mail message, saying I had recently applied for a Payday Loan (which I haven't) and congratulating me because I qualified for an even higher amount. I stopped listening after that and deleted the voice mail.
The call originated in Texas in the Tyler, Longview area with a 903 area code. Hope this helps keep somebody else from wasting any of their valuable time.
I too received this recording and the call originates from Overton, TX. It starts off with "Congratulations! You recently applied for a payday loan." It's spam and I haven't been able to get the actual company yet to file on the robot calls at 6 am. I never had spam calls until I submitted a sweepstakes with Good Housekeeping. My number must have been sold.
:(
Called my home phone, left a msg I was approved for my payday loan of 1500.00, and gave a approval code to go online and complete application. I never have applied for this type of loan. These scam artists need to be locked up and throw the key away.
