Same date and message on my answering machine...I'm a Canadian, live in Canada and have never worked in the U.S.  Definitely a scam.

This is a scam. Don’t  know  how  they get the number .

Same here. Left a machine-generated voice message saying that I will be arrested if I don't call back.

I received the same call on same date. I called it back today and it sounded like someone of Indian descent who answered "hello" instead of a business name like businesses typically do. I said I received a call from this number and then he claimed to be with the IRS and hung up on me before I could get a word in. Got to be some sort of scam.

Was sent a message that I was going to be arrested for owing Federal and State tax.
