Obvious SCAM! IRS will not call you. They will only contact you via "snail mail". I didn't answer, but got a message to call them. They will use scare tactics to get you to send them money in an untraceable means such as a gift card(Another thing IRS would not do).

Automated message from this number saying u owe penalty an taxes to IRS
