I don't know who it is, I just know they call anywhere from three to seven times a day and whenever I have answered they said nothing. I'm pretty sure it's a man though, the first time I answered I heard a man talking in the background about clothing... And, after that they never replied when I said hello. I tried calling from my cell phone on private to see if anyone answered and there was a disconnected tone and then they hung up.
