Rachel leaves a nice message and says to push 9 to speak to an operator. They have called twice. I have pushed 9 twice (because I'm a sadist). Both times I told them I wasn't interested. The first guy said, "I don't have time for this." He hung up on me. The second person said, "____" and then hung up. No, she didn't say a "bad" word, there was just a pause.
There ought to be a law against this type of treatment. They are eating my minutes and trying to get me to join something that they are not clear or perhaps are embarrassed about.
I've been getting the same recorded message from 'Rachel'. She says she has important information on 'your credit account' and lowing the interest rate. She does not identify a company. She says to call now as this is the final offer. However, I've been receiving these calls for over 2 months! Finally punched '9' to speak with an operator and got a busy signal. I will be blocking this number and hope it doesn't come through on a another number.
yeah that stupid rachel robot called me too and when i pushed 9 to talk to a clerk, the snotty clerk hung up on my sentence saying, stop calling remove and me from your list!!!!!
