This number is from a company that calls and "Welcomes" you to the neighborhood when you buy a house.
They want to test your water and probably sell you a water softener that you probably don't need.
Also, they say they want to give you a free gift like a $50 gift card to lowes or home depot.

What's appalling about this "JDK Services" is that they literally IGNORE your requests to be added to their "do-not-call list" which every telemarketer is specifically required by federal and Florida law to do.
You are correct, they do not put you on their DNC list. They started calling me one day after I got a new phone number, (I didn't move, just got a new phone number, lol) They wanted to welcome me to the neighbor hood, and congratulate me on my new house, LOL. They think because I got a new number I must have been in a new house. They called me three times the day after I got my new number, all three times I told the I wasn't interested, and to please put me on the DNC list. Each time the person agreed, but the calls still came in three times that day. No calls all week, I thought they actually did do what I requested. But guess what, (not so surprised though) they called twice yesterday, both calls with in an hour of each other. I think the next time they call, I will answer the phone and then put the phone down on a table with out hanging it up. Maybe if they get tired of repeating them self, (to no one) they will stop calling.
