Do not fall for this scam. They are so arrogant they pry on people who apply for loans. Harassing them. We need to stand up to them. (904) 222-8525. Contact the Federal trade commison
this is another # in the long list of phone #'s and names that have been harassing me about a past due payday loan - they will not provide anything in writing when requested and yell instead of talk like a norman human being - the name for this particular phone # is Troy Wilson? Has anyone else gotten this # yet?
I have received harassing phone calls from this number as well - 904-222-8525. The caller identifies himself as a lawyer named Mark Ryan and says he is calling about a business matter. He never identifies the matter. He also "wishes me luck" if I do not respond to his voicemail. When he odes call, the number on my caller id comes up as #1016 - quite suspicious....
I recvd call from this same number different jerk. He also called my inlaws about payday loan. Left message with my info saying a court case was being filed today in regards to criminal matter. When I called back from different number heard generic cell phone message. Called back and got nothing. Today called and got someone diff who kept trying to ask me info until I asked him what this was about. He said I had outstanding loan from 06'. Yea right. When I asked for number he gave me another number with same answering service. What companies use messages like that? Scam
They called me "offering" me a loan for 1000 stating id only have to pay 178.00 a month for 7 months to pay it back, then said id have to send them money 1st via western union to confirm I'm a working customer!?! I told them I will not do business without seeing something in writing, they could not email me this but insisted they would be getting it in the mail... yeah right! They sounded like a scam, glad I told them to screw off & that I was smart enough & didn't become a victim of their lies & fraud.
I received a call from this number stating that it was Loans of America and that I had been approved for a loan for up to $5,000. If I wanted $1,500 deposited into my account within the hour, with 12 monthly payments of $159, I would need to go and get a Green Dot money pack and put $159 on it because I had poor credit (a lie) and then they would put $1659 in my account. I was to call back once I had done this and the money would be deposited. I obviously knew it was a scam so I didn't do it but I did call the number back and it rang for 7 rings and then beeped and disconnected. When I googled the company it has several complaints against it and has taken over $30,000 from numerous people. Please beware and DON'T FALL INTO THIS SCAM!!!
