Received a call via cell phone with no message

Called twice. Caller ID says from Florida.  No message. Called back and got "circuits are busy"

Same old deal . spammer. Now on call block

keeps calling leaves no message

Must be that time of year where all these spammers come out!
I never call back a number that I don't know or don't leave a message.
Calling back any number will tell the spammers it's a valid number ... never call a number you don't know!!
Caller ID said unknown.
