recieved a threaten fall call on my cell from this number by the name of nicole smith-stating serious legal matters

just received the same call as the person above...from the same nicole smith as well. total BS

Called & said I had an outstanding payday loan from PDL financial and they would settle with me for $1002 before they moved forward with legal proceedings and wage garnishments

Received a call from this number stating I am 'red flagged' for collection on an unpaid payday loan that has been turned over to them. They said I will be served papers as I am being sued.  They can settle it for 989.68. I advised I just had a major surgery and am on meds. and have no knowledge of this. She continued to rattle on, and I just ended the call

Maybe you guys should pay your bills and people wont call you from debt collections js
