Who called from 9042393955

I have called there before ten minutes ago as someone by the name of Chris Hampton is harrasing my client. I am an attorney, though she is under bankruptcy he is calling her @ work place 100 times and harrasing her regarding this [***] payday loan.To my surprise! when I called them someone who is hard to understand picked up the phone(never bother to tell where I am calling).

This is how they conduct business! A PLANNED SCAM & SCAMMERS!!!

i don't know if it's  a scam
but the gentleman i spoke to was really good to me i think his name was robert tison
he dealt wid me very nicely even though it was a wrong number
he explained 2 me wats this all about
so i think they r trying to do their job
then its upto u.....

This is the second time these bums have called me.  The first one was an associate named Steve Parker who told me that if I did not respond "then it was on me."  Since his phone call sounded like a threat, I called my local police department gave them the number and a policeman called.  The policeman called back and said that they were a legit collection agency(which I doubted since I know that a debt collector would not threat like that).  I spoke to his supevisor and told him that unless they send in writing the name of the company that I had this debt with, the amount and the date of the transaction, they were not to contact me.

Well today, I got another one of these messages from a "Sam Duncan."  I called the number and spoke to one of the "associates"  When he read back to me my name and address, I told him "Stop", if I owe money you are to send me a certified letter stating the name of the company that I had this debt with, the amount and the date of the transaction.  When he wouldn't comply I then told him that I was contacting my Attorney General's office since I had his phone number and the names of Sam Duncan.

He ended the call with this message "you will have a big legal mess on my hands."

After reading these posts about Christian Nicholas & Associates I did a Google Search and lo and behold they have a web-site address!  Their web address is: christiannicholas.com

In addition when I click on their contact link, I noticed that they have a different mailing address:

Finally,as I reviewed the search results, I noitced that there is a court case against them in the Florida Middle District Court

Someone by the name of Zack Green continouslly call my office for me and my attorney to contact him, and that if there's no repsone, he'll pray for me!!!  What kind of nonsense is this?  I don't know who or where the call is coming from, and I am tired of being harrased by this person.  can someone please find out who this is and let me know.  (E-mail [email protected])
