Who called from 9042575003

Some dummy was performing a survey of doctors and hospitals in the area.  Called at 7:45 caller ID showed PRC.

I keep getting a phone call from this number.  Said they were PRC which stands for Professional Research Consultants.  I don't know how they got my number but it was an unwanted call.  Please make them stop calling me.

I just added them to the screen list and block the calls.

If you went to a St Vincents doctor or facility recently, it says on the wall they are conducting a survey and you could be called to give feedback.

Keep getting a call from this number and I'm on the "Do Not Call" list.
