I am from the Cleveland, Ohio area. I see this call coming to me from Florida so my antennae are already raised. The guy on the line asks for "Robert" so he's obviously using some generic data base from my cell phone. I asked the [***] WHY he is calling me from Florida when I have NO relatives down there at this time of year. He proceeds to tell me that "I have a millionaire relative down there".
I could see the writing on the wall. This is some piece of fecal matter who thinks that I am stupid enough to fall for that, give him my bank account information, so that my "millionaire relative" could "wire money into my bank account" (e.g., so THEY could take money out of MY bank account!). I told the anal orifice that I was not born yesterday and "politely" told him never to call me again.
The FBI needs to shut down these criminals. I can see how a naive person could fall for this, give out their bank information, and be robbed. I hope that this POS is caught, jailed, and gets a room mate who wants to make him his [***]!!
