They have changed their number to this one just recently and have been scamming this way for some time. Contact the Attorney General for your city. It's very easy. Google attorney General and your city name, and you'll be provided with an easy form to fill out for complaints and send it in.
People be careful..it' s a SCAM and they do anything to get you to pay them!!! Threaten with the Law.

I also just got another phonecall from phone number 863 455 1172 with the same approch and the person called was a MR ANDY THOMAS, which speaks very little english just like the others and when you go with their bluff they get nervous and hang up. I also did report this as well.. B E W A R E please people
