Same thing - no one responded when I answered - they hung up

same as above...answered it, heard back ground noise ... they hung up

Same as the two previous reports.

Caller said he was Highway Patrol wanted donation.  I don't think so.  Sounds phony to me.

I have been getting calls from this number as well as collection agencies about someone who had this number before me. It's been going on for over a year and I am SICK and TIRED of harassing  calls all hours of the day and evening. I keep telling them that I am not this person and to take me off their list. I can change my phone number although I should not have to do this. What if I get another number that somebody else owes money to. I am fed up with the over a year of harassment calls as well as soliciting. What can I do?
