Thanks, 800Notes.  Just got the call and went straight to find out if it was valid.  Due to the listings here, I blocked the number.

When I called the number back it said the survey we were calling you about is finished, if you would like to stop receiving calls from this number please hit 9. I hit 9 and it hung up.
