I received a call from them stating "your lender ask us to call you to make an appointment to come in and take pictures of the inside and outside of your house -- please call me back so we can get this appointment set up".
The caller is Evaluation Solutions. It is a BPO/Appraisal Management Company based out of Florida. They continue to ask me to do work for them even though I told me to take me off their vendor list. They are nationally known for not paying for their BPO and Residential Appraisals and I am not into working for free.
I am in RE agent and I was just contacted by them to do an exterior BPO. One way distance is about 70 miles and they want it back tomorrow. When I asked what the fee was, they replied what would you charge.Their fee is $40. I informed them my minimum fee is $100 because of the distance and turn around time. She replied "Ok, thank you" and hung up the phone.
totally annoying message that I could not hear...and she spoke very quickly. thank you for having the website to see that it is a BPO company - definitely not worth calling back as the last one did not pay me.
Also known as Evalonline. Does not pay for your services and imho BPO's are a waste of time anyway and none of the mills pay enough for the bs one must do for them. Just FYI: the do not call list does not protect businesses or business professionals (re agents). They can call all they want and it does not matter where you have registered your number.
