Who called from 9042907221

This a collection company that lists the phone out of Florida, however they are located in California.  They leave a detailed message, which was not for me, but I believe that should be illegal.  They should not be allowed to leave information like that on a recording.

Left message that they have a special package for me, not TRUE should be illegal

They called for someone else.

I'm sick and tired of getting calls from this number.  I get at 4 calls every week.
