I haven't called it back, afraid of a scam where they capture your number and use it for long distance. Someone told me it sounds like a debt collector but I don't owe ANY outstanding debts, The 904 area code is in Jacksonville, FL. I live in another state and have never even been near Jacksonville, FL.
